Return & Refund Policy

This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work to ensure a clear and fair experience for all customers.

Return Eligibility & Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must meet our condition and timing requirements. This helps maintain quality and ensures items can be properly restocked.
📦 Item Condition
Items must be new, unused, unopened, and in original condition. Lamps and lighting products that have been opened, installed, tested, used, or modified are not eligible for return.
All returns must include original packaging, boxes, manuals, tags, and all accessories. Returns missing packaging or components may be rejected or delayed.
⏰ Time Frame
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. After this period, returns are no longer accepted.
All returned items must be in clean, undamaged, and resellable condition. Any signs of damage, dirt, scratches, or wear will result in a denied return or reduced refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for any reason unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Custom, personalized, or modified lighting products
- Used, installed, or assembled lamps and light fixtures
- Clearance, final-sale, or discounted promotional items
- Items returned without original packaging
Return Process
Submit a Return Request
To start a return, contact our support team with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
Receive Return Authorization
We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
Pack & Ship Your Return
Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, include all parts and accessories, and mark the package with your RA number. Ship the package following our instructions.
