our store provides reliable global shipping for all our decorative lamps, table lamps, floor lamps, pendant lights, night lights, and home lighting products. This policy explains our shipping process, timelines, and service standards.
1. Shipping Destinations
We ship to all 50 states in the U.S. and most international countries. We currently cannot ship to:
- PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO)
- Regions under international trade sanctions
Remote areas, islands, or rural locations may incur additional delivery fees, which will be shown at checkout.
2. Shipping Options & Timelines
- Shipping Cost: Calculated based on weight, size, destination, and shipping method. Fees are clearly displayed before payment. We may offer free shipping promotions for eligible orders.
- Delivery Time: 20–30 business days after order confirmation.
- Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
- During peak seasons, minor delays of 2–3 days may occur.
